Q. I notice that not all providers give discounts, why is that?
A. Because there are state regulations within some industries on our provider list, these providers are prohibited from giving discounts; therefore, they will issue a gift certificate or an industry acceptable gift.
Q. If I start to use the network, must I use all the providers?
A. No, however, relocating is a multifaceted process with many pitfalls and every provider is familiar with each other and by using them your process should move faster and with fewer complications.
Q. Should I give you feedback as to how the providers serviced our needs?
A. Feedback is appreciated and very important to RNS because it allows us to provide a quality assurance that is beneficial to all of our clients. Poor service is not tolerated.
Q. How do you maintain quality control of your providers?
A. RNS maintains a high standard of quality control by listening to the feedback of our clients and our providers are reviewed yearly. Noncompliance with our high standards of service results in their removal from our provider list.
Q. I have a family member with special needs, do you take that into consideration when you help us move?
A. Yes, we will research on an individual basis to provide suitable housing and schooling according to the specific needs of your loved one.
Q. When does the Florida school year start and end?
A. Depending on which county you are moving to, the school year usually starts in the first or second week of August and ends in the middle of May.
Q. When driving, can I turn right on red in Florida?
A. Yes, unless otherwise stated.
Q. How often do I need to get my car inspected and how long are the lines?
A. Florida does not have automobile inspections.
Q. I ride a motorcycle, do I need a helmet?
A. No, but there is an insurance surcharge if you choose not to wear one.
Q. Once I have started my mortgage process, can I quit my job?
A. Absolutely not! That will negate the mortgage and your purchase will be in jeopardy because the whole process will have to start all over again.
Q. Do I need to pack my winter coats?
A. In Central Florida we have been known to have frost advisories, usually this is brief and confined to the early mornings.
